If you have never done a 12 days workout, make sure you pay attention and understand how this workout is done:
First, you will complete the Burpee CTB/Bar Muscle-Up
Round 2 starts with 2 Thrusters + 1 Burpee CTB/Bar Muscle-Up
Round 3 is 3 Power Cleans + 2 Thrusters + 1 Burpee CTB/Bar Muscle-Up.
This will continue until the last round which will consist of the 1500m row into the 11 Burpee Box Jump into 10 Overhead Squats and all the way down the line finishing with the Burpee Bar CTB/Muscle-Up.
This workout is a longer piece and always takes a long time. Pace early and stay steady throughout. The first 9 rounds will be relatively quick, then 10 hits and things get real.
