  • CrossFit

    By performing a wide variety of “functional” movements at various intensity levels, our clients are exposed to a broad spectrum of fitness that translates to all levels. This program will improve your performance no matter what your expression of fitness is.

  • Effective

    Our Group CrossFit class is varied but not random. We program our group classes to allow all Fitness levels to gain strength, increase capacity and performance, and do so in a tested and effective manner.

  • Fast

    Each class last an hour and include an appropriate warm up, instruction, strength/skill development, aerobic conditioning, and mobility and cool down. In and out and on with your life!

  • Scalable

    This doesn’t mean easier or watered down, this means our program will work for you, no matter what your experience level. Our staff gets to know our clients and your goals, so scaling might involve modifying a movement or changing the amount of weight or the number of repetitions to ensure each individual is training at their current ability level, with the intent of building upon that to improve your performance over time.
